Job Summary
Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction. Expand the customer base by educating contractors on cost-saving solutions and developing new sales strategies to increase market share. Promptly resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints while adapting to the fast pace of a growing company. Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay available after 40 hours. This role leverages proprietary T3 technology to transform the rental experience for contractors and communities.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent

- stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
- Must be available for Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Must be available for overtime pay after working 40 hours
- Employment is contingent on passing a background check
- some roles require passing a drug test
