Rental Coordinator

Job Summary
Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process using our proprietary T3 technology. Expand the customer base by building relationships with contractors, educating them on cost-saving solutions, and maintaining existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Promptly resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints while developing new sales strategies to increase market share. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime pay available after 40 hours. Join a team transforming the construction industry through innovative technology and real-time support.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Employment is contingent on passing a background check
- Some roles require passing a drug test
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Overtime pay after working 40 hours
