Job Summary
Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction. Expand the customer base by educating contractors on how the proprietary T3 technology saves money and improves operational efficiency. Promptly resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and other communications to drive market share growth. Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay available after 40 hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- You're a great listener

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
