Job Summary
Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction. Expand the customer base by educating contractors on how EquipmentShare saves money and improves operational efficiency, then promptly resolve inquiries, requests, and complaints. Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve the overall customer experience. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime pay available after 40 hours. Utilize the proprietary T3 technology platform to keep up-to-date information on every machine and ensure customers receive the right equipment at the right time.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Employment is contingent on passing a background check
- Some roles require passing a drug test
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Overtime pay after working 40 hours
