Rental Coordinator

Job Summary
Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process using our proprietary T3 technology. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction while expanding the customer base by educating contractors on cost-saving and efficiency solutions. Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and promptly resolve customer inquiries, requests, or complaints. Adapt to the fast pace of the growing company while staying continuously educated on the latest products and services. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime pay after 40 hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
- Must be able to climb a ladder to ship or receive inventory when necessary
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
