Job Summary
Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process using our proprietary T3 technology. Expand the customer base by building relationships with contractors, educating them on cost savings and operational efficiency, and maintaining existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business. Promptly resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints while developing new sales strategies to increase market share. Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime pay available after 40 hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Employment is contingent on passing a background check
- Some roles require passing a drug test
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Overtime pay after working 40 hours
