Rental Coordinator

Job Summary
Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process while expanding the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, promptly resolve inquiries and complaints, and develop new sales strategies to increase market share. Keep clients up-to-date on new ways EquipmentShare can improve their business operations. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime pay after 40 hours. This role leverages the proprietary T3 technology platform to transform the rental experience for contractors in Phoenix, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Employment is contingent on passing a background check
- Some roles require passing a drug test
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Overtime pay after working 40 hours
