Rental Coordinator

Job Summary
Respond to inbound leads, guide customers through the rental process, and promptly resolve inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications. Expand the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction principals while educating them on cost savings and efficiency improvements. Maintain and nurture existing relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction and keep clients updated on new ways EquipmentShare can improve their business. Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve the overall customer experience. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime pay available after 40 hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Employment is contingent on passing a background check
- Some roles require passing a drug test
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Overtime pay after working 40 hours
