Job Summary
Maintain and repair a growing rental equipment fleet, diagnosing and troubleshooting diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems on construction equipment, aerial lifts, and man lifts to ensure top performance for rental customers. Eligible for up to a $2,000 sign-on bonus with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and opportunities for growth through tuition reimbursement and career programs. Must have a high school diploma or GED and own tools; prior mechanic work or military experience and strong diesel/electrical/hydraulic skills are preferred. This full-time role offers in-shop and field service duties, with open interviews Fridays in Northwest Houston.
