Job Summary
Provide world-class customer service by managing the rental return process in compliance with policies and procedures. Direct customers to shuttle bus back to the airport, welcome customers with a smile, prepare all rental and return documents, review charges at vehicle return, and assist with directions, maps, and local information. Ensure accurate return date/time on the rental agreement, promote efficient service within the queue, and work as part of a collaborative team to deliver smooth rental experiences. Maintain professional appearance and behavior, and efficiently resolve customer service issues while handling vehicle returns and related documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Have a driver's license
- Clean Driving Record in the past 3 years
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
