Job Summary
Greet customers upon arrival, expedite the rental process, and verify driver's licenses and reservations. Assign keys and rental agreements, explain invoice charges, and process car exchanges in the computer system. Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining detail orientation in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels. This role requires a valid driver's license, flexibility for night shifts, weekends, and holidays, and proficiency in English. Previous customer service or baggage handling experience is an asset. Required Qualifications
