Automotive rental car associate responsible for completing rental contracts, explaining policies, verifying credit, obtaining signatures and deposits, coordinating vehicle availability with other rental sources, arranging pick-up/drop-off, handling payments (credit card, check, cash), coordinating direct billing with insurance, reconciling cash/credit card slips, performing daily cash drawer settlements, and maintaining daily fleet inventory using CRM software.
Required Qualifications
