Rental and Repair Technician

Job Summary
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance and repair of rental equipment and tools involving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Maintain paperwork/electronic work orders in a complete and timely manner, keep the shop environment safe, clean, and organized, and ensure maintenance schedules are completed accurately. Adhere to safety protocols and assist with other duties as needed. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and 1-2 years of repair/maintenance experience or trade school; strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read schematics/diagrams, and excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- 1-2 years of experience repairing/maintaining vehicles and equipment; or trade school graduate
- Basic understanding of schematics and diagrams
- Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
