Job Summary
Rental Account Manager drives the primary Rental Sales/Marketing function at the BU level, supporting commercial rental and trailer services, increasing rental sales presence, and generating profitable new accounts while retaining existing ones. Responsibilities include developing leads via cold calls and customer visits, assessing customer needs, coordinating with rental operations to ensure equipment availability, marketing at the branch level, training rental sales representatives in telemarketing, maintaining customer relationships through visits and calls, handling complaints, preparing proposals and contracts, ensuring data integrity in systems, and following company procedures. Requires strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and ability to work independently or in a team; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent sales experience and 1+ year of sales experience are required, with 3+ years of sales experience preferred.

- One (1) year or more sales experience or equivalent sales training required
