Job Summary
Drive store performance to meet and exceed established sales standards by creating, managing, and executing plans to increase sales and profits. Recruit, develop, and retain an effective store team while monitoring customer satisfaction and managing inventory through ordering, receiving, and transferring products. Organize daily activities including scheduling coworkers and secure store assets. Assist with customer deliveries and merchandise set-up as needed. This role requires bilingual Spanish proficiency, two years of assistant management experience, and heavy lifting. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and computer proficiency in Windows. The position offers a five-day workweek with Sundays off, starting pay of $17.00 to $22.00 per hour, and access to the internal development program, Impact YOUniversity.
Required Qualifications
- MUST be bilingual in Spanish
- Heavy lifting required
- Computer proficiency in a Windows operating system
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid High-School Diploma or Equivalent
- Possess a valid state Driver's License
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Be legally permitted to work in the US
- Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle records check
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of assistant management experience preferred
- Profit and Loss experience preferred but not required
