Rent A Center-Sales Assistant Manager

Run day-to-day store operations alongside the Store Manager, assisting team members in sales, inventory, delivery, and service while driving revenue by hitting and surpassing sales targets. Manage store inventory, ensure accurate cash reconciliation, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through greeting, assisting, and resolving issues. Maintain a clean, organized showroom and occasionally create social media content to support company initiatives. Assist with product deliveries, setup, service, and returns as needed.
