Job Summary

Drive store revenue by meeting/surpassing sales targets and managing inventory while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assisting with product maintenance, delivery, and returns; maintaining an attractive showroom; creating social media posts to drive engagement; greeting customers and responding to inquiries and complaints; occasionally going on deliveries/set-up at customer locations; directing and supervising employees in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service; and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Regional Manager. The role requires a strong, upbeat attitude, ability to lift heavy items, and a valid driver’s license, plus the ability to pass background checks and screenings. The position is part of an internal development pathway with opportunities for advancement into store management, and includes benefits and performance-based rewards.

Required Qualifications

  • Sales experience required
  • Social Media experience required
  • Possess a valid state Driver’s License for a minimum of 1 year
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be legally permitted to work in the US
  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records check
