Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with day-to-day store operations and sales, including helping with sales, inventory, delivery, and service; drive store revenue by meeting or surpassing sales targets; manage inventory and cash reconciliation; deliver an exceptional customer experience; maintain a clean showroom; support the Store Manager in all operational duties; opportunity for fast-tracked Store Manager training and leadership development; Sunday off with a 5-day workweek; benefits package includes medical/dental/vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k), and employee purchase plan.
Required Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar — all count)
- A positive, motivated attitude and a desire to lead
- Valid, physical driver’s license held for at least 1 year
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as part of the role
- Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
