Job Summary

As a Sales Assistant Manager at Rent A Center, drive store revenue by consistently meeting and surpassing company sales targets, manage and maintain the store's inventory, assist with product maintenance, deliveries, service, and returns, set up and maintain an attractive showroom, provide exceptional customer service, and supervise employees engaged in sales and operations. The role may involve going out on a truck for deliveries and setup at the customer’s location. You’ll direct daily activities and support the Store Manager and Regional Manager.
