Job Summary
Drive store revenue performance by consistently meeting and surpassing company sales targets while managing and maintaining store inventory. Assist with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns daily, set up the showroom, and provide exceptional customer service including handling inquiries and complaints. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, and deliveries; perform truck deliveries and customer site set-ups as needed. This 5-day workweek includes every Sunday off. Top performers advance through internal training programs toward Store Management roles.
Required Qualifications
- Heavy lifting required
- Sales experience required
- Possess a valid state Driver's License for a minimum of 1 year
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally permitted to work in the US
- Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle records check
