Job Summary
Perform carpentry, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and plumbing tasks while handling repairs to ensure work meets high standards of quality and safety. Adhere to local building codes, regulations, and WEL community standards, and follow safety protocols on renovation sites. Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are used as designed. Requires 1-3 years of renovation or construction experience with proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection, plus painting skills and OSHA 10-hour certification. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in renovations team or construction crew
- Preferably in a health care setting
- Proficient in at least one renovation technique, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and fire protection
- Painting experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- OSHA 10-hour certification
