Renovation Technician

Renovation Technician responsible for skilled apartment and community renovations including demolition, installation, repair, and finish carpentry. Duties include cabinetry, interior/exterior door and trim work, plumbing fixtures, lighting and electrical fixtures, tile installation, and framing with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship. Works with maintenance teams and contractors to meet project scopes, schedules, and safety standards; involves UPS/OSHA-aligned safety practices, organizing tools and workspace, and supporting value-add upgrades to kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and interior finishes. Valid driver’s license required; High School diploma or equivalent preferred; flexible schedule including weekends/overtime; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in occupied and vacant spaces.
