Job Summary
Renovation Specialist responsible for reviewing due diligence material, procuring subcontractors, managing the RFP process for renovation projects, creating bid comparisons, hosting project kickoff meetings, tracking and updating live budgets, participating in construction calls, monitoring activities and material inventory, communicating progress schedules and payment procedures, coordinating with architectural/engineering contacts and building officials to facilitate successful project execution and maintain inspection codes including ADA requirements, coordinating with property managers on unit renovations, scheduling punch walks and final walks, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring all work meets contract specifications and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or certificate program preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the renovation of multifamily projects
- General knowledge of construction practices
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
