Job Summary

Review due diligence materials, gather bids, and manage the scope of work to deliver completed finish packages for multifamily renovations. Procure local subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, then create bid comparisons for leadership review before hosting project kick-off meetings. Monitor construction activities, track live budgets, and visit project sites two days per week to ensure work meets contract specifications. Coordinate with property managers, manage subcontractor schedules and payments, and handle all permitting processes with city officials and building codes. Reconcile credit card expenses, store progress pictures, and prepare Phase 2 documentation for successful hand-off to property. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent certificate, with at least five years of experience in large-scale multifamily renovations. Full-time employment includes Monday through Friday hours, with occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or certificate program
  • Proven work experience as a Construction Project Manager or Maintenance Supervisor for large-scale multifamily
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the renovation of multifamily projects
  • General knowledge of construction practices
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms, and hands
  • Ability to occasionally climb
  • Ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and adjust focus
  • Ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms
  • Availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays
  • Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events
