Job Summary
Renovation Specialist needed to support unit turnovers and capital improvement projects across CLV Group's multi-unit residential portfolio. Hands-on renovation duties include ceramic tile installation, baseboards, quarter round moulding, door casings, drywall repairs, hanging interior doors and hardware, plus inspection of new walls for cleanliness. You'll collaborate with third-party contractors, assess and document deficiencies for reporting, and prepare renovated units for occupancy with final cleaning. The role requires at least 2 years of residential renovation experience, proven tile installation skills, finish work experience, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and basic personal tools; a driver's license and vehicle access is preferred. A criminal record check and professional references are required for employment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential renovations
- Experience with ceramic tile installation
- Finish carpentry experience (baseboards, casings, doors, hardware)
- Own basic hand tools; employer provides specialized tools
- Driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred
- Physically capable of manual tasks
- Functional English verbal communication
