Job Summary
Renovation/Construction Manager to lead sales, coordination, and execution of major pool renovation and new construction projects in South Florida. Responsibilities include meeting with customers to review renovation needs, evaluating opportunities, preparing scopes of work, supporting estimates, closing projects, and managing the project from start to finish. Candidate will oversee field crews and subcontractors, review project goals, timelines, budgets, quality, and safety, perform site evaluations, and ensure work meets company standards and local code. Requires experience with major pool renovations and new construction, ability to communicate with customers, manage schedules and documentation, and drive revenue through active project follow-up. Located in Miami, FL with in-office field presence and strong emphasis on customer service, leadership, and project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in pool renovation, pool construction, construction management, or related construction sales/project management
- Experience with major pool renovations and new pool construction is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to communicate with customers, build trust, present options, and close renovation or construction projects
- Experience managing field crews, subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and customer expectations
- Strong understanding of pool construction and renovation phases, including tile, coping, resurfacing, decking, plumbing, equipment installation, structural work, and startup
- Ability to read and understand scopes of work, plans, measurements, proposals, and project details
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make field decisions
- Excellent communication, follow-up, leadership, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and active projects at once
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
