Job Summary
Independently Licensed Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LPC) to join SNF Therapy team in Nevada. Responsibilities include completing diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and in-person consultations at partner SNF/LTC facilities; collaborate with BHS psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff; document remotely in EMR (Athena I) and comply with agency policies. Qualifications require a Master’s degree and Nevada licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LCPC); NPI; Medicaid/Medicare credentialing is a plus. Benefits include base salary with incentives, generous PTO, CEU allowances, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage. Spanish language skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree
- Nevada licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC
- NPI (National Provider Identifier)
- Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare (a PLUS)
- TB Test
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus
