Job Summary
Behavioral Coordinator needed to join the behavioral team providing behavioral health assessments and therapeutic interventions in long-term care settings under supervision. Responsibilities include participating in clinical training and biweekly oversight, documenting assessments within 24 hours, implementing therapeutic programs, conducting non-violent crisis interventions, and supporting case management. Role requires prior work in Skilled Nursing Facility or Behavioral Health Unit and reports to a remote Clinical Supervisor. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday with four field days and one administrative day in Reno, NV; compensation $20.00–$22.00 per hour, plus health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, holidays, and 401k with company match.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Behavioral Health in SNF or long-term care settings
- Ability to document assessments and progress notes within 24 hours
- Ability to conduct non-violent crisis intervention
- Familiarity with case management functions
