Job Summary
Organize and lead the entire racing operation, instruct drivers on safety protocols, and monitor the track to ensure all procedures are followed. Coordinate races, groups, and events while serving as the on-site contact for customers and the team. Guarantee smooth and safe operations during live business, including weekends and holidays. Full-time employment with a weekly salary of at least 2,300€ net, plus a company car for private use after the probation period.
