Job Summary
The Renewals Supervisor will lead the renewals team to drive on-time renewals, retention, and expansion across software subscriptions, services, and maintenance. You will own end-to-end renewal motions (outreach cadences, quoting, pricing approvals, PO collection, and order accuracy), build a high-accuracy renewal forecast, manage pipeline hygiene, and coordinate with vendors, channel partners, and internal sales to structure renewal/upsell offers. Responsibilities include coaching and developing renewal specialists, standardizing processes and SLAs, identifying automation opportunities, using Salesforce to govern data quality and reporting, collaborating with Operations, Finance, and Credit to resolve holds, and monitoring KPIs like on-time renewals and churn reduction. The role emphasizes customer experience, save strategies for at-risk accounts, and data-driven renewal optimization. Working conditions are remote with regional hours and occasional travel; a country-based regional focus (CCA) is noted. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in renewals, customer success, inside sales, account management, or operations within IT distribution, vendors, or partners
- 1–3+ years of people leadership experience (direct supervision or team lead)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), CPQ/quoting systems, and analytics (Excel/Sheets); BI tools a plus
