Job Summary
Renewals Specialist responsible for the renewal lifecycle of micro customers (1-5 services). Ensure renewal readiness, verify invoices are correct and paid, understand regulatory requirements, and proactively address blockers before renewals. Collaborate with finance and customer success, manage high-volume customer data in CRM, identify churn risks, track renewal dates and next steps, and communicate clearly to prevent renewal friction. Prior experience in renewals, account management, customer operations, revenue or sales operations, or finance-adjacent roles is relevant. This role emphasizes process ownership, cross-team coordination, data-driven reporting, and a proactive approach to renewal risk and billing reliability.
