Job Summary
Renewals Specialist in the Americas region based in Austin, TX (hybrid model). Responsible for managing end-to-end renewal processes, preparing renewal quotes/contracts, and coordinating with sales and customer success to maintain strong customer relationships and drive retention. Collaborates cross-functionally to track renewal performance, forecast renewals, and identify at-risk accounts. Must excel in communication, negotiation, and data-analysis skills, with a customer-centric approach to maximize value.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer facing sales or revenue role within a fast-paced environment
- Experience owning deals or commercial outcomes through close, including renewals, expansions, or contract execution
- Track record of strong performance against defined targets, metrics, or goals
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present to diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple opportunities
- Talent for building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
- Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology is a plus
