Renewals Manager

Job Summary
Renewals Manager responsible for end-to-end renewal management for Enterprise Growth customers in the EMEA region, coordinating with Sales and Customer Success to ensure seamless partnerships and high retention. Role includes proactively engaging customers 120 days in advance for renewals, preparing complex renewal quotes and contracts compliant with policies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted commercial advisor to maximize customer value (including potential Professional Services integration), and using data/tools to forecast risk and revenue. Collaboration with Legal and Finance to ensure a coordinated approach to renewals and expansions; role requires senior-level experience, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Based in Dublin for a hybrid working model.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer-facing sales, account management, or revenue-carrying experience within a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment
- Quota-carrying experience focusing on renewals, commercial outcomes, and exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, organization, and commercial negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior audiences
- Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of concurrent opportunities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to build solid cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology is highly preferred
- Location: Based in Dublin or willing to relocate to Dublin, Ireland
