Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned customer accounts by partnering with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and deliver seamless experiences. Proactively identify at-risk scenarios, coordinate internal stakeholders, and drive high on-time renewal rates while supporting migration from legacy plans to current models. Maintain accurate forecasts, account details, and contact records in Salesforce, using data analysis to identify trends and support informed decision-making. This role reports to the VP, Renewals within the North American Customer Success team.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in renewals, sales, account management, customer success, or a related customer-facing commercial role
- Experience working with a CRM and maintaining accurate customer, opportunity, or account data
- Strong customer-facing communication skills with the confidence to discuss pricing, contracts, renewal terms, and commercial considerations
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of accounts and meet both routine and time-sensitive deadlines
- Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across Customer Success, Sales, and other cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
- Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce
- Experience negotiating with customers and procurement teams
- Experience managing customer quotes, contracts, amendments, and commercial terms
- Experience analyzing customer financial, renewal, or revenue data using business intelligence tools
- Demonstrated curiosity and initiative to identify process improvements and take ownership of new projects
