Job Summary
Renewals Sales Representative for Mexico City operating in a Hybrid model. You will monitor expiring support and subscription contracts, contact partners and end users before expiration, and provide accurate renewal quotes. You will lead negotiations for 30-50 renewals per quarter, articulate the value of product subscriptions and services, and collaborate with Account Teams, Finance, and Legal to ensure contract standards. Responsibilities include tracking renewal data, forecasting renewal pipelines, pursuing lapsed customers to reinstate support, maintaining high account health and satisfaction, and improving renewal operations. Requires 3-5 years in renewals/subscription sales or related roles, a 4-year college degree or equivalent business experience, and strong organizational, communication, and CRM/Excel skills. The role emphasizes independence, integrity in deal closure, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. #LI-Hybrid
