Job Summary
Renewal Sales Representative I responsible for driving contract renewals within a defined India territory, performing outbound calls and emails 90–120 days before renewal, creating proposals, negotiating, and coordinating documentation at least 60 days in advance; utilize Salesforce to document activity, manage pipeline, forecast, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to maintain high renewal close rate, monitor risk points, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets. 1+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management; strong communication, organizational skills, business acumen, and a collaborative, high-energy, results-oriented mindset.
