Job Summary
Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention and uncover clients' business challenges to act as a client advocate. Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles and providing recommendations for their full lifestyle portfolio. Ensure quality service and professionalism at every customer interaction while responding to internal and external clients in a timely manner. This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience and a strong knowledge of P&C provincial underwriting criteria. The position offers a 35-hour work week with an expected hourly range of $24.00 to $30.00 in Huntsville, Ontario.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience in a service and client satisfaction-oriented environment
- Strong knowledge of P&C provincial underwriting criteria, portals, claims handling, handling of client inquiries
- Must be able to work onsite in Huntsville, Ontario
- Must be available for a 35-hour work week
Desired Qualifications
- Insurance Broker Level 2 License preferred
