Renewal Parts Specialist

Job Summary
Manage renewal parts orders from receipt through shipment by processing customer orders, verifying shop order information, and coordinating with Engineering, Production Planning, Quality, Accounting, and Sales for timely fulfillment. Review change requests, pricing updates, and delivery schedules while monitoring order status to communicate shipping dates and changes to customers and Field Sales. Prepare shipping documentation, maintain accurate records, and meet with inspectors and representatives as needed. Participate in an on-call rotation outside normal business hours while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and ISO 9001 standards. Assist in training new team members and support inventory documentation for motors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0–2 years of experience in contracts administration, customer service, order management, operations, or a related business function
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or aftermarket parts is a plus
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred
- Contract administration or order management experience
- Knowledge of production scheduling and manufacturing processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Production, Finance, Quality, and Sales teams
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
