Job Summary
Renewal Coordinator for Sciens Building Solutions' fire alarm, fire protection, and security contracts. Manage retention activities for a defined customer base, proactively contact customers 120 days prior to renewal, re-estimate contracts with current labor rates and hours, and aim for a minimum 95% renewal rate. Prepare for and participate in monthly renewal meetings, address customer concerns, manage renewal dates, identify needs across fire safety lines, upsell products, maintain strong customer relationships, coordinate with managers to improve service delivery, and report on the 120-day renewal process during weekly sales meetings; in-person meetings with customers as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates with a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Over the counter sales or customer service experience.
- Ability to proactively reach out to customers and problem solve.
- Effective communication skills and ability to present before broad audiences.
- Strong negotiation skills and competitive spirit.
