Renewal Coordinator

Job Summary
Renewal Coordinator responsible for retaining service contracts across fire alarm, sprinkler and security portfolios; manages 120-day renewal workflow, re-estimates contract costs with current labor rates and hours, aims for a 95% renewal rate, prepares and participates in monthly renewal meetings, addresses customer concerns to secure renewal, manages customer base and annual renewal dates, and identifies upsell opportunities across product lines while maintaining strong relationships and collaborating with management to improve service delivery. Must be able to meet with customers in person as needed and present solutions to customer needs; effective communication and negotiation skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Over the counter sales or customer service experience
- Fire Alarm, Fire Protection knowledge a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (candidates with a combination of education and experience will also be considered)
