Job Summary
Renewal Coordinator responsible for managing retention of service contracts in fire alarm, fire protection, and security within a defined customer base. Responsibilities include proactively reaching out at 120 days prior to renewal, re-estimating contracts to reflect current labor rates and hours, maintaining a minimum renewal rate of 95%, participating in monthly renewal meetings, addressing customer concerns, managing renewal dates, identifying upsell opportunities across product lines, and serving as the primary contact to build strong relationships with customers in the assigned base. Requires effective communication and negotiation skills, with knowledge of fire alarm, sprinkler/suppression, and security industries being a plus; bachelor’s degree preferred (or combination of education and experience).
