Job Summary
Analyze broker data and feedback trends to identify at-risk accounts and develop targeted retention strategies for group cases with 20+ employees. Execute ongoing engagement with brokers and clients, including approximately 30% time allocated to open enrollment meetings, while partnering with Sales Executives to address agency-specific challenges. Create and maintain proactive renewal processes, verify data accuracy in internal systems, and distribute stewardship reports for brokers, carriers, and leadership. Present insights on retention rates and churn trends to the Sales Vice President and Regional Vice President. Requires an active Arizona Life & Health insurance license, 3-5 years of experience in sales or data analytics, and proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Advanced degree
- Active Arizona Life & Health insurance license
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, health insurance, or data analytics/data mining
- Ability to self-start and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong consultative, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple priorities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems
- Ability to attend open enrollment meetings at approximately 30% of the time including travel throughout the assigned territory
