Job Summary
This position involves performing operations activities in Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles (DDGS) loadout, inspection, and general operations. Key responsibilities include inspecting trucks, operating grain handling and receiving equipment, monitoring equipment and processes for issues, operating mobile equipment, and maintaining general housekeeping standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for some grain operations experience, and must be able to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 75 pounds and working in varying conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Ability to frequently lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends during high-demand periods
Desired Qualifications
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Previous grain operations experience
- Ability to operate mobile equipment
- Valid driver’s license
