Renewable Sales Representative – Rentals & Site Services

Job Summary
Develop new business and expand accounts for equipment rentals and site services (portable sanitation, dumpsters, etc.) across construction, industrial, infrastructure, and event-based projects. Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, closing, and follow-up; conduct site visits; partner with operations to ensure execution and customer satisfaction; and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
- Experience in construction, rentals, waste/site services, or logistics preferred.
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage a territory independently.
- Comfortable working in the field and visiting job sites.
- CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot).
- Valid driver’s license.
