Job Summary
Contact warm, pre-qualified residential leads to hold consultative conversations about air source heat pump installations. Explain product benefits, installation costs, and grant support while presenting quotations and overcoming objections. Progress opportunities through the sales process to secure commitments and complete documentation. Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with survey and installation teams to achieve individual and team targets. Deliver an excellent customer experience from consultation through to installation.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in telephone sales, internal sales, telesales or business development
- A proven ability to convert warm leads into sales
- Confident, engaging and professional telephone manner
- Comfortable discussing higher-value products and services
- Strong objection-handling, negotiation and closing skills
- Able to explain technical information in a straightforward way
- Organised and confident managing multiple sales opportunities
- Target-driven and motivated by commission
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within renewable energy, heating, solar PV, insulation, home improvements or energy efficiency
