Job Summary
Renewable Energy Foreman responsible for site grading for industrial, solar and wind construction projects, including road and drainage improvements, dewatering, soil correction, foundation excavation and backfill, utilities and other civil works. Communicates with subcontractors to plan and execute work, interprets specifications, coordinates project phases to prevent delays and ensure on-time delivery. Inspects ongoing work for quality and schedules adherence, supervising a workforce of approximately 5 to 10 operators and laborers. Assists Project Superintendent with expediting materials procurement, scheduling, and project documentation. Implements safety policies and ensures compliance with site regulations. Travel is required. Located primarily in the Midwest/Central US region with project locations in the United States.
