Renewable Energy Co-Founder / CFO (100% remote) — own, build, and run your startup within a high-impact program. You will be employed by the organization while you develop and scale a startup in renewable energy, with optional funding support up to €500k. Engage in weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access a global founder community, and receive advisory support to reach product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine. You will be based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate) and are expected to take full ownership to drive the startup toward €100M+ in revenues. Strong English communication skills are required. Tasks include building and operating the startup, personal development through a tailored program, hiring leveraging a large professional network, intensive coaching to raise funds, iterating the product with the aim of product-market-fit, and developing sales and marketing capabilities through guided execution.
