Job Summary
Track Renewable Energy Credit (REC) markets and Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) regulatory changes by monitoring state and utility proceedings for actionable rule updates. Maintain complex data sets and proprietary platforms to manage client REC portfolios, compliance filings, and federal/ISO reports. Establish relationships with clients, counterparties, and regulatory authorities while managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Requires direct interaction with external parties and independent work within a globally connected team.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant undergraduate degree
- 2+ years relevant work experience
- Energy industry background preferred with experience in Compliance or RPS obligations and REC markets, particularly PJM and ISO-NE
- Excellent analytic processing skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a deadline-driven, self-managed environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to think 'outside the box' by developing and implementing improvements to processes and tools
- High energy self-starter

- Highly proficient in Excel and data analysis
