Job Summary
Operate heavy machinery, drive forklifts, and transport product while maintaining production flow. Perform daily cleaning tasks using shovels, high-pressure hoses, and chemicals in environments containing meat byproducts. Fulfill paperwork requirements and complete all mandatory job training. Work 10-12 hours standing or walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and tolerate extreme temperatures from 20 to 100 degrees. Available for any assigned shift including weekends and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing and able to stand/walk 10-12 hours a day
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Must be willing to work in inclement environment; hot, cold, humid, icy, dusty, etc. with temperatures ranging from 20 degrees to 100 degrees
- Must be able to operate heavy machinery
- Must be able to drive forklift
- Must be willing to complete all required training for the job
- Must be able to perform position tasks
- Must be available to work any assigned shift, including weekends
- Must be available for overtime
- Must provide proof of authorization to work legally in the United States
- Must pass a urinalysis screening
