Renal/Telemetry Clinical Nurse

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for acutely ill patients with renal failure, CHF, pneumonia, sepsis, and post-op surgical conditions on the 8th-floor Renal/Telemetry unit. Educate patients and families on illness management, home care needs, and medication administration while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Develop and document individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Maintain a constant state of alertness as a safety-sensitive position.
